肖泽忠教授的基本情况介绍
  

    肖泽忠,湖南永兴人。1979-1981就读于郴州商校，获会计学大专毕业文凭。　1982-

1984为衡阳市纺织品公司会计和批发部财会负责人；　1984-1987在北京商学院读研, 获经

济学硕士学位（会计学专业）；　1987-1996为北京商学院会计学助教, 讲师, 和副教授；

1991-1992在英国University of Central Lancashire读研，获工商管理(信息技术) 硕士；

1992-1995就读于英国NapierUniversity of Edinburgh, 获会计学博士学位；1995-1997为

英国NapierUniversity of Edinburgh 会计学讲师；　1997-2001为英国CardiffUniversity

会计学讲师，2001年晋升为该校会计学高级讲师，2004年以来在该校任会计学教授。现兼任

北京工商大学北京市特聘讲座教授，英国ACCA 研究委员会委员，和中国审计学会理事会理

事。他目前还担任英国会计学会会刊《BritishAccountingReview》，中国审计学会会刊《

审计研究》，欧洲-美国学术期刊《International Journal of Digital Accounting

Research》和加拿大学术期刊《International Journal of Accounting and Finance》编

委会委员。　　

    肖博士主要研究会计信息系统和中国会计和公司治理，在许多著名的国际学术期刊上发

表了学术论文，包括：Abacus (2004); Accounting Horizons (美国会计学会会刊, 2000,

2001); Accounting Education - An International Journal (1999); Accounting,

Organizations and Society (2006); Asia-Pacific Business Review (2003); British

Accounting Review (英国会计学会会刊,1996, 2002, 2006); British Journal of

Management (英国管理学会会刊, 2004); Corporate Governance – An International

Review (2003); European Accounting Review (欧洲会计学会会刊, 2002); European

Journal of Information Systems (国际运筹学会会刊1998); International Journal of

Accounting (1997, 1999, 2002); Information Technology and People (1997); Journal

of Accounting and Public Policy (2004); and Pacific Basin Finance Journal

(2006). 其中多篇论文被收录入SSCI.

     肖教授还在中文权威学术期刊上发表了许多学术论文，如《会计研究》（

1993,1996a,1996b, 1997, 2000a, 2000b, 2000c, 2005）；　《审计研究》　（

1987,2000,2002,2003, 2004）；《南开管理评论》（2004）；和《财贸经济》（2004）。

其中多篇论文获奖, 如《论大规模按需报告财务报告模式》（《会计研究》, 2000年, 第

1期)　获得中国会计学会2000年论文竞赛二等奖；《论内幕信息的控制》（《会计研究》

2000年第10期）, 获得中国会计学会2000年优秀论文二等奖并被《新华文摘》 2001年第2期

   自1999年起,肖博士在Cardiff 大学创办和主持中国会计,金融和管理研究中心.该中心汇

集了Cardiff大学和国际上会计,金融和管理界著名学者如清华与Tulane大学的李志文

(Javeons Lee), San Diego State 大学的周齐武(Chee Chow), Birmingham大学的 John

Child , Cardiff 大学的Mahmoud Ezzamel, 和ALBA 的Nicholas Travlos. 中心从许多来源

获得了大量研究经费(如,ESRC, ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS, CIMA, Leverhulme Trust,

CardiffUniversity, LingnanUniversity). 中心除招收10多名中国博士生和博士后研究员

,还接受了20多名来自中国人民大学,北京大学,重庆大学,北京工商大学,四川大学等大学的

访问学者. 中心的内部成员在著名的国际学术期刊上发表了大量论文,如Abacus;

Accounting Horizons;Accounting, Organizations and Society;British Journal of

Management;International Journal of Human Resource Management;Journal of

Accounting and Public Policy;Journal of Finance;Journal of Financial and

光华管理学院一起组织中国会计,金融和管理国际研讨会,每年轮流在中国和英国召开, 得到

各国对此领域感兴趣的学者,实务工作者以及相关机构的高度关注和参与.
